Recipiant Criteria.
Advocacy:

Demonstrates a strong commitment to championing 2SLGBTQIA+ rights—whether through policy influence, mentorship, or public advocacy.

Outreach:

Makes meaningful contributions to 2SLGBTQIA+ communities beyond the workplace, such as volunteering, educational events, or community partnerships.

Support:

Provides tangible support—financial, logistical, or emotional—to help 2SLGBTQIA+ initiatives and individuals thrive.

Leadership:

Exhibits visionary leadership that promotes inclusion and inspires others to advance 2SLGBTQIA+ equity.
