Our Professional Excellence Award.

This award recognizes 2SLGBTQIA+ professionals who have performed exceptionally in their chosen profession. In any given year, up to five awards may be given to professionals, including in the disciplines of business, law, and STEM.

Professional Achievement:

Demonstrates exceptional performance and impact—consistently raising the standard in their field.

Innovation:

Introduces forward-thinking practices or solutions—propelling advancements and setting new benchmarks within their industry.

Community Involvement:

Actively engages in and supports 2SLGBTQIA+ initiatives—fostering growth, collaboration, and inclusivity.

Recognition:

Acknowledged by peers and industry for their outstanding contributions—solidifying a reputation for excellence and leadership.

The award is intended to recognize 2SLGBTQIA+ professionals with exceptional leadership and contributions to their chosen profession and community. Previous winners have held roles either in the executive or founder level of smaller organizations, or upper and senior level management within mid- to large-sized companies.
