Kim leads Internal and External Communications for HSBC Bank Canada, the local operation of the world’s leading international bank.  With experience in Public, Media, Investor, Government Relations and Employee Communications, Kim develops programs and approaches that support brand, protect reputation and help shape policy.  She has worked across multiple sectors as client (Aviva Canada, Fidelity Investments) and as consultant to private and public companies while with agencies including Lute & Company, NATIONAL Public Relations and Burson-Marsteller.
