Reporting to the Operations Portfolios, Director of Digital Infrastructure , as a Microsoft 365 Specialist, you will be essential in managing and enhancing our Microsoft 365 tenant and enterprise data security. Your vital contribution to supporting, updating, and developing Power Apps, Dynamics tools, and SharePoint libraries and sites will be greatly valued. This dynamic role forms the core of our IT strategy and is key to ensuring a secure and efficient digital environment, fuelling our organizational success and operational excellence. Your technical acumen and commitment to continuous improvement will significantly enhance our IT infrastructure, energize our growth, and contribute meaningfully to our ongoing evolution.

In this role you will:

  • Support the management of our Microsoft tenant, ensuring robust enterprise data security and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Assist in updating and developing Power Apps, enhancing business processes and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain Dynamics tools to streamline workflows and improve data management.
  • Create, update, and manage SharePoint libraries and sites, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring they can leverage Microsoft 365 tools to their fullest potential.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience:
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft 365, including Power Apps, Dynamics, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in managing enterprise data security and compliance within a Microsoft tenant.
  • Previous experience in a collaborative team environment, working closely with various departments to achieve common goals.
Skills:
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365, including the ability to develop and manage Power Apps, Dynamics tools, and SharePoint sites.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for liaising with a range of stakeholders, including team members, users, and vendors.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and details simultaneously, ensuring all projects and updates are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, always seeking to enhance our IT infrastructure and user experience.

Commitment

  • ~5-15 hours per month
  • Attendance at team meetings
